Jane
& Jennifer are
both master teachers with close to forty years of combined
experience.
Jane Fryer
created Inward Bound:
Adventures in Personal Renewal in 1992. Her unique teaching
style blends years of study of the Iyengar, Kripalu,
Ashtanga and Anusara yoga traditions with an interest
in women's health, accupressure and astrology. Her understanding
of anatomy and the body's energy systems provide both
beginning and seasoned students with a unique way to
explore, heal and integrate the bodymind, as well as
stimulate and liberate the psyche. Jane and Inward Bound
have been featured in the Washington Post, the New York
Times Syndicate, Time-Life's The Powers of Healing,
Washington Woman, Self, Mademoiselle, New Body, Yoga
Journal, and Healing Retreats and Spas.
Jennifer Harvey, based in Boston, MA is a teacher
and personal trainer of bodymind fitness and yoga. She
owns laughing dog yoga at http://ldyoga.com.
Her innovative teaching style synthesizes a diverse
background in fitness, psychology, and meditation and
