Inward Bound is delighted to sponsor Neva Ingalls and her special FUSION weekend for our annual yoga retreat in October. Neva teaches in the Washington DC area, has been a longtime friend of Jane and taught on Inward Bound retreats worldwide.She brings her lifelong study of a variety of dance/movement modalities, yoga and energy circulation principles into her practice of Flow Yoga, a combination of Ashtanga and Iyengar yoga traditions; and Shakti yoga, awakening the feminine principals of emotional release and celebration within traditional yoga principals. Package includes:

  • Rustic Hilltop House Hotel Lodge rooms, most with views of the confluence of the Shenandoah and Potomac Rivers. The Shenandoah Valley will be in its full glory as it embraces you in mellow Harpers Ferry.
  • All meals; dinner Friday and Saturday, special box lunch on Saturday and brunch on Sunday.
  • Inward Bound Program: On each retreat, programs are grounded in yoga and a belief in a holistic approach that includes meditation and time for nature immersion.We offer classes daily on this retreat: meditation, flow yoga, shakti and restorative yoga. All classes on this retreat will be taught by Neva. Body work will also be available by appointment.
  • Friday-3:30-4:30 river walk, 4:30-6:00 core strength and restorative yoga, 6:00 opening circle, dinner. Saturday 8:00-8:30 meditate, continental breakfast, 9:00-11:00 flow yoga, lunch and free day, 4:30-6:00 Shakti yoga, dinner. Sunday - same as Saturday morning, snack after meditation and brunch flow yoga.
  • Time for early morning scenic walks, and afternoon hikes, time to integrate your bodymind experience, explore the area with its breathtaking views, or take a nap, read a book…
